Filter face piping systems, manifolds and skid-mounted components are manufactured in the workshop. We plan them as pieces that can be transported to site and connected in place, which shortens the downtime at the plant.

Manufacturing & Installation
Manufacturing of treatment components, interconnecting piping and field installation — from a single source.
We manufacture the components of the systems we engineer and we install them on site ourselves. With no subcontractor in between, nothing is lost between the decision made in the project and the work carried out in the field.
Most of our active projects pass through this stage: manufacturing of filter face piping systems, interconnecting piping between treatment components, and installation of the control panel.
Field installation
The manufactured systems are set in place on site, their interconnecting piping is completed and the control panel is installed. We draw up the inventory to be used on site before installation begins.

Frequently asked questions
Does production have to stop during installation?
It depends on the connection points. We plan the work that requires a shutdown in advance and work with workshop-prepared parts wherever possible.
